A behavioral research study conducted by Nancy Etcoff, Ph.D., of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School states, “As a psychologist, I’m particularly intrigued to find that people who live with flowers report fewer episodes of anxiety and depressed feelings,” Etcoff says. “Our results suggest that flowers have a positive impact on our well-being.”
Clear the clutter. Stuff is called stuff for a reason, it doesn’t have any rhyme or reason. Now this does not mean you need a perfectly minimal and crystal clean home, but too much clutter can add stress to your life. Declutter your home, and declutter your mind!
